Grade 2 public order helmets may contain some or all of what's listed. Scratches / Marks / paint chips on outer shell or visor Cracked Visor in one or multiple locations Visor seal may be missing or loose (can be re-inserted) Broken or missing chin cup Neck guard may need re-gluing Head liners sometimes come away from the shell around the ears (can be re-glued)
